We bought this sparkling after a tasting at the winery. It often happens that you buy a bottle of wine after a tasting and take it home and drink it later and on drinking it say what was I thinking this is not as good as I remember. Not with this sparkling. It is actually better than I remember and I'm just about to order a case. It has low acidity, a buttery round taste on the palate and a joy to drink.
